This looks like a vintage watercolor. It depicts two japanese women under a tree. The back has Japanese dolls handwritten. It is signed but I cannot make out name. There are some condition flaws, most notably the tear on right side. Overall yellowing. Not sure if some markings were intentional or just smeared. But the subject matter is clear and beautiful. A good frame would likely cover the flaws. 14.5 x 11". Great Japanese art!
