Defective Merchandise:

Defective products will be replaced. Replacements will not be issued until defective unit is returned, will ship replacement at no additional cost.
Damaged product will be replaced as soon as shipping claim is resolved. Contact us to initiate damage claim, will ship replacement at no additional cost.

Non Damage Convenience Returns:

Non damage convenience returns require customer pays 2-way freight (out and back) and up to a 20% restocking fee.
If return needs repackaged due to damage to the retail packaging only a 50% credit will be allowed.
