This presumed first printing (with no additional printings noted on copyright page) is inscribed ("To Leo, Thank you for your advice. Your new friend"), signed and dated 12-29-97 by Knuppe on the front free endpaper. Near fine. Barest hint of soiling to page edges. Unpriced dust jacket is very good. Just a hint of rubbing at flap fold extremities. A pretty copy of an uncommon book, even more so signed by the subject.

California residents, be advised...because I run an open shop and have a resale license, I am unable to let California State Sales tax slide. I must adhere to the tax laws of the State of California and collect appropriate sales tax. Any books shipped within the State of California will automatically have appropriate Sales Tax added when you check out through eBay. If the book is for resale and you have a California State Seller's Permit, ask for an invoice and specify that the book is for resale, being sure to include your permit number, before checking out.
