This first printing (with number line from 1-10 on copyright page) is inscribed and signed by the author on the title page. Appears unread. Some of the pages a bit more browned than others, almost a two-toned effect. Call it very good. Dust jacket (with original $28.00 price present) is fine.
International buyers, be aware, this book will barely fit into the Flat-Rate Priority envelope with essentially no padding. The default shipping will be the more expensive First Class Mail. The Flat-Rate envelope option is available upon request but is not recommended.

If the book is for resale and you have a California State Seller's Permit, ask for an invoice and specify that the book is for resale, being sure to include your permit number, before checking out.
