We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 for the first item, and only $1.00 for each additional item,
so there's no better way to try something new. You can also pick up
your order from our Park Slope store, which is conveniently located at
the corner of 4th Avenue and 10th Street, right across from the 9th
Street subway station with local F, G, and R train service.

1. What is your shipping/delivery policy?
In
the continental United States, ground shipping is a flat rate of $9.99
for the first item, and only $1.00 for each additional item. Overnight
shipping is a flat rate of $29.99 for the first item, and only $5.00
for each additional item. While we will do our best to process all
orders as quickly as possible, it may take up to four business days to
ship your order.
Borisal Wine uses FedEx or UPS to ship
and deliver your order. We have no control over the transit time and we
are not responsible for any delivery delays. Transit time will vary by
state, and though we cannot guarantee delivery dates, ground shipping
generally takes between 1-5 business days. You will receive an email
with the tracking number and delivery information for your package so
that you can check the status.
2. Are there any restrictions on shipping and delivery?
By
ordering from us you are representing that you are at least 21 years of
age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is also at least 21
years of age. An adult signature will be required upon delivery.
We reserve the right to request proof of age/identity prior to filling
an order. Title to, and ownership of the wine/spirits you order passes
from Borisal Wine to you as soon as it leaves our doors; it is up to
you to know the relevant laws in your state. If
the package is returned to us because no adult was available to sign
for it, we will deduct the two-way shipping cost and a 15% restocking
fee from your order and refund the remainder.
We currently only ship to the following states:

We are not able to ship to:

We are not able to offer Saturday delivery or international shipments at this time.
3. Is there any discount for multiple bottle or case purchases?
Our prices are already heavily discounted. We are unable to offer any additional discounts at this time.
4. What is your refund policy?
Please contact us by email before attempting a return.
If
you suspect the product is spoiled, please put the cork back in and
return the bottle to us with the wine or spirit still in it. We can't
take back any empty bottles, so please don't dispose of it. All refund
requests must be emailed in within 30 days of the delivery date.
If we send you the wrong product, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a pickup and replacement.
If
you would like to make a return for any other reason, or if the package
is returned to us because no adult was available to sign for it, we
will issue a refund less the cost of two-way shipping and a 15%
restocking fee. Please contact us before ordering if you have any
