Georgian period cased set sovereign scales, and weights, early 19th century.
Original steel case, painted black, scratched with hinged initials 'JH'.
Steel balance scales with brass pans, and original silk knot handle.
Complete with two weights, one stamped with 'lion passant' and '5/8', the other '2/16'
