U.S. - 1898 Patriotic cover with an American Flag at upper left. Spanish American War era cover, postmarked in St. Louis, MO. with a machine cancel dated June 29, 1898. Backstamped in Keokuk, Iowa dated the next day.

CONDITION: Very Good. Slit open or slightly reduced at top. Edge damages. Some wear and toning. Some soiling.
