This was to be a theme park planed by the Disney company to be in Virginia, close proximity by car from Washington D.C. & was to open in 1998. The theme park was never built. But they did make these brochures probably in the mid 1990's which opens three ways 11" x 25" opened or 8 1/2" x 11" closed. With pictures, map, rides & information on both sides in color
