These Licenses were given to cast members in the early years when they completed there training to be captains and engineers of the resort, park, or tour voyages on the lakes of the Disney Property (They always have been free floating vessels) This one in particular was given in 1979. It is in its originall wood frame with original wood matting. Nice details.
