This is one of favourite of a rare Hexagonal lobed Blue & White ewer from the Ming Dynasty and in the reign of Xuande.Note the following:
01.The design is floral.
02.The cobalt blue used for this ewer was predominantly imported from Persia and is usually refer to as sulimani blue.
03.Note the heaps & piles when using the imported cobalt blue.
04.The 6-character mark of Xuande is written in a vertical line on the front of spout of ewer.
05.Exceptional ewer as the ewer's cover is still intact.
