This double elephant headed bowl is of AGATE. The beautiful erosion by natural forces is the main reason to post this Han Dynasty artefact. Notice especially the outside of the bowl, where the veins of hard agate remains ,whilst the softer part is eroded. A unique example of nature's enhancement!
