This Collection is of Jade artefacts forming component(part of) of very elaborated pectoral pendant sets. In vogue with the Elite and royalty during the Eastern Zhou(Warring States) and Han Dynasty.

This Jade(Nephrite) bead is decorated with double linked raised spirals top and bottom. The middle section is designed with Dragons(again raised ) leisurely coiling round the Jade bead. The finishing and intricate design,flawlessly and seemingly effortlessly executed makes one forget that Jade(Nephrite) is odurate and is so hard (6.5 Moh's Hardness) that a stainless steel knife(Moh's Hardness 6.0) will not even scratch it!!!
