One of the earliest consumer targeted phonographs, this is from the Washington, DC location of Columbia Phonograph. These banner decals w/Washington,DC are rather scarce and command more value than the later New York and London decaled models. The earlier models known as "Perfected Graphophone" are the most highly sought after and valuable of the Graphophone models.
