Ed Esber
Over 30 years experience in computer industry. Former Chairman and CEO of Ashton-Tate. Worked with Creative Labs on the integration of computers and multimedia. Served on the boards of over twenty five public and private technology companies. BSCE, MSEE, and MBA from Harvard Business School.

Steve Vandegrift
Broad experience as an entrepreneur and venture capital partner, most recently as General Partner with Techxas Ventures. Former CEO and President of Activerse which was acquired by CMGI. Currently a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Small Business Advisory Committee and serves on several corporate boards. Mr. Vandegrift is also on the board of the Austin Software Council and the Austin Chamber of Commerce.

Rudy Garza
Mr. Garza is the founder of G-51 Capital, a successful venture capital firm specializing in technology companies. He is the former CEO and board member of a well-known regional engineering firm and has over 25 years of business experience. Mr. Garza currently serves as a board member of Brackenridge Hospital, and is on the Endowment Investment Committee for the $40 Million Texas Exes Fund and the Junior Helping Hand Children’s Shelter Finance Committee.
