Notes

A top quality Jade Pendant component from an elaborate composite pectoral pendant  set  of the Han Dynasty,China.Note the following:

01.This Arch pendant at 23.0cm(~9") is larger than most.

02.The Jade is Nephrite.

03.The sharp raised dots design, dates it to the Han,where large Bi with similar dots have been excavated.

04.The two Phoenixes meet at the lower center design.

05.This would have been the prominent center piece because of its size and also because there are four holes for attachment to other component side pieces.

An  exquisite Jade from Han dynasty of Old China.
