Notes

This is a classical bifurcated tail Dragon of the  Han Dynasty.There are a few unusual aspects to note:

01.The Dragon is carved more in the round.

02. More unusual is that the Dragon is depicted on both sides but facing different direction.

03.The curved pendant ends, each ends with a beast head,probably a Tiger's head.

04.There is a hole in the middle for attachment.

 An exquisite Han Dynasty Jade,used as a component of a complex and elaborate pectoral pendant set of that era!!!
