Notes
1907 Missionaries to Nanjing,China 
Documentation with this painting states that John R and Maude Jones obtained this while in Nanjing China were they served as missionaries. The date looks like in 1907 it had been given as a gift to a John R Fisher, their Nephew. I purchased it at a Charity Auction where it had been donated many years later.

I saw one like this in an antique store and they had a price of $150.00 on it it was not in near as good of condition as this one appears to be. The silk was decaying the frame was coming apart and it stank. This one is beautiful. I wish you the best.

Resembles Gongzong Emporer 7th Emporor of the Southern Song Dynasty. Comparing hair and facial hair. http://www.ibiblio.org/chineseart/contents/peop/c01s06i02.html
