This collection is of Jade artefacts forming component(part of) of very elaborated pectoral pendant sets.In vogue with the elite and royalty during the Eastern Zhou(Warring States) and Han Dynasty.
This elongated Jade(Nephrite)arch dragon is designed with cloud patterns covering the body. The tail maybe a phoenix but is not well defined. Protuding 'sections' may be to give the impression of motion(flying). The design is on both sides and there is a hole drilled in the middle section for attachment.
