This is a nice hand accented and signed print by famous St. Augustine artist Emmett Fritz. He printed them, attached to board, then accented them creating more depth and then hand signed. The art, not including frame, is 8 by 10 1/8 inches. Slight overall yellowing, I think they look better this way.
Please look at the other one I have listed, it was done with a Blue based Black marker pen, alot easier to tell it was done by hand. This one was done with a Black based Black marker pen, so it looks more like a part of the print.
