Posted this to show that underglazed blue during the Yuan was still not perfected and the cobalt blue because of uncontrolled firing can turn out blackish.Nevertheless this small Jar is one of my favourite ceramics because of the cute painting of a doe and crane with the pine and bamboo. Also it is fortunate that the jar's cover is intact.
