We ship all of our posters out Fast in Heavy Duty cardboard shipping tubes.  All posters are shipped within 24 hours via USPS 1st Class mail with tracking.  All shipping to US and Canada is FREE! 

I ordered the poster, and the shipping tracker said it was sent, but I never received it.  What do I do now?
Contact us as soon as you feel that your poster is overdue.  Sometimes that postal system is a bit slow and we may ask that you wait a couple more days to see if it arrives.  If it doesn't, we will ship another to you.  PERIOD.  It's that simple.  No hassles.  Your complete satisfaction is our mission.

What size are your posters? 
All of our posters are 12" x 18" which is the perfect size for classrooms, dorms, offices and homes.

How fast do you ship your posters?
We ship out posters within 24 hours of your completed order.

How do I order a custom poster?
Simply buy our "Customize Me" poster and then send us a message to tell us what you would like it to look like and say. 

How can I buy multiple posters?
You can save money with our Money Saving Poster Bundles (left pane of our eBay store).  Just buy the Bundle that you want and tell us which posters you want when you checkout in the "comments to seller" section (or in a separate message or email).  That's it - we'll ship your posters out to you and you will have saved a bundle - all with FREE SHIPPING!   

When you say customization what do you mean?
When we say that you can customize a poster we mean that you can change color scheme or the text for a particular poster.  This is particularly powerful for teachers looking to add colorful posters to their classroom.
OR if you don't see what you want on our site, but have a great idea for a poster, we will create a poster just for you.  Just email us with the text or the idea, and we will take it from there. 
 
Do you have a catalog?
We sure do -- our catalog is designed for teachers and is packed with unique and colorful posters designed for the classroom. I see that you offer multiple poster discounts, but when I checked out I was charged full price, what gives?
First let us apologize.  Ebay was designed as an online auction not a store, and so their listing software does not allow us to automatically apply discounts at check-out.  Rest assured, that we will make it all work out for you, but you will have to go through the purchase process again.  We start by refunding your purchase.  Next we ask that you to go back to our store and click on the "money saving bundles" item in the left menu.  Then choose the appropriate item from the listing of multiple poster bundles and proceed to checkout.  Before you complete the transaction click on notes to seller and tell us the names (item numbers would be helpful) of the posters you want , then finish the transaction.  Yes we know it's cumbersome, but again we are limited by Ebay on this one.

What if I don't like the poster once I get it?
We know that sometimes what you get isn't exactly what you had in mind when you decided to buy the poster.  Face it, it happens to all of us.  We are totally committed to your satisfaction, so if it turns out that the poster you bought isn't really what you wanted -- no problem, just contact us and let us know and we will take care of it to your complete satisfaction.  THATS A PROMISE. We take customer service very seriously and we want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are unhappy with your posters FOR ANY REASON simply return the item within 7 days and we will refund your purchase in full immediately.
