We accept PAYPAL and all other forms of payment for items that are shipped. We accept $ for items that are picked up in person.

Payment must be received within 4 days of auction or BIN close under Ebays 4 day policy. If payment is not received within this timeframe the system will automatically open a non-pay dispute. To avoid this please arrange for your payment as soon as possible after your items close.

We can combine shipping of items if they can be sent together safely. All combined items must be purchased and paid for within 4 days of the first purchase.

We cannot negotiate Shipping & Handling charges as posted in the listing these are non-negotiable under Ebay rules. Thanks for your understanding.

We typically ship your item within 4 business days of receiving "CLEARED" payment. Paypal E-Checks can delay shipment up to an additional 4 business days before we receive the funds (refer Paypal E-Check info). Our business days are Monday-Thursday of each week.

Please keep your shipping address updated correctly, items returned to us for incorrect address will require payment of a second ship charge to be resent. If you do not wish to pay the second charge the item will be returned to stock and you will be refunded the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee, the original ship charge cannot be refunded.

We allow the use of USPS Parcel Post as a third choice on most items, it is for use only by our customers outside the lower 48 USA where UPS costs are prohibitive. USPS Parcel Post as a first choice can be used by anyone it is offered due to a packages size and is typically cheaper than UPS.

We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier at any time, at our discretion.

We are not responsible for carrier transit times. This information is provided by the carrier & excludes weekends & holidays. Transit times vary due to weather conditions or seasonal peaks (i.e. Christmas, Etc.)

Carrier damages must be reported to us thru Ebays email system within 5 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of payment from the carrier.

We ship on Mon, Tue & Wed of each week. We do not ship on Thu, Fri, Sat or Sun; and do not offer Sat, Sun or holiday delivery.

International customers: The ship charge includes the cost of full value insurance against loss & damages in transit.

Our calculated shipping charges include a nominal handling charge for peanuts, tape, bubble wrap, printer cartridges , labor, other packaging related supplies.
