Shipping & Delivery Times
Shipping costs $6.50 for all deliveries made within Australia. Orders for multiple books can be combined into the one shipping cost. Please note that you may need to request an invoice in order for us to manually combine your order.
This item will be delivered to any Australian address within 6-11 working days from ordering. Deliveries are made by either Auspost or Courier. As this title ships from our overseas warehouse, we are unable to deliver faster than stated.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please consult our Returns Policy as below:
- Please ensure that you contact Customer Services and request a Returns Authorisation before you send the order back to us. Returns which are not prearranged cannot be accepted.
- If you wish to request a return, please ensure you contact us within 10 business days of delivery.
- After the return has been authorised, the returned goods must be postmarked within 4 business days.
- Returns must be in resellable condition.
- Any returns are shipped at the customer's risk. The Nile does not take responsibility for items which are lost or damaged in transit.
- Accepted returns will be refunded by the method by which you paid.
- Please note that a restocking fee applies to all returns. The fee is 20% of the purchase price ($10 maximum).
