I know nothing at all about this piece of art other than the obvious. THe initials read L.L.E. or W.E. I think. Depending on what angle you look at them, it could be anything.
I love this picture and would greatly appreciate knowing who drew it, and a possible value. All information, or even a suggestion as to where to look would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
