This is an original 1890 historical sepia photo album of the historically important town of Breckenridge Colorado.
I
hope the right folks are watching this auction, because this is not a
family photo album. It's an authentic period sepia tone photo album of
the mining town of Breckenridge, Colorado.

There are 24 pages, each has two photos except for the last page which has one photo so. there are 47 photographs in all.
It
features gold miners in tents, the railroad, a Colorado and Southern
train car, mines, log cabins and even the a photo of the Breckenridge
train wreck!
The photos were entered into the album properly,
meaning that they were slid into the holders, but NOT glued or pasted
into place.

How
often does a piece of Americana like this come to auction without
reserve?! Bid heartily because there is not another one of these
around. This is a rare piece of Americana.
The album measures
8x11" Each photo measures 4x5" . Of course the shiny white spots are
glare from the digital camera flash, not a flaw on the photographs.
I
consider this to be in high collectible grade, but please know: some of
the photos are a lighter than others from underexposure I guess, and
some have some wrinkles and pock-marks.
None of them has any serious damage, tears or stains.
Please note that this piece of American History and all of the items from this Estate, will only be shipped to U.S. residents.
This item includes FREE US Priority Shipping.

Every eBay auction I do during this period will consist of ONLY items from this estate, which will all start at no reserve.

This is an authentic 1720 New England Map Johann Baptist Homann excellent condition.
Please
note this is an UNTRIMMED map, not as you find some of these early maps
that have been trimmed! In my opinion, this is an extremely rare find
for that, and because it's been framed between 1760 - 1800 it's in near
flawless condition.
I would seriously put this map in the top 1% of condition and quality.
This
is a period piece and in an early superior birds eye maple frame w
orig. copper or bronze hanger. (see the photos of the marks where the
hanging nail bit into the inner part of the hanger ring. )
Note: This has hand cut nails on the back which have never been removed. The outer frame measures 14.5x17.5"
The
total exposed area of the map measures 9.5x11", and there would be some
tucked under the black border. Again, a trimmed version of this very
map is offered on the Internet for good $, however, THAT trimmed map is
missing the entire top header which reads:
"Die Gros
Britannische Colonie-Lander in Nord America. It features New England as
seen by the Germans as being British Territory."
This item requires shipping insurance.
It has many olde German and British spellings on the locations it includes, those are:
NewEnglelland
New York
New Yersey und Pensilvania
I guarantee this is an authentic period map ca.1720.
Homann,
J. B. NEW ENGELLAND, NEW YORK, NEW YERSEY UND PENSILVANIA. Map of New
England in Germanic and English. Johann Baptist Homann ca. 1720
Don't
let a chance to get this early piece of Historic Americana Cartography
go by without a fight, I would expect an ample amount of competition
for this map and the other pieces that will be auctioned from this
historic estate that came from on Sea Captain's lineage.
That Captain being Hersey Robinson.
