McFarlane Toys "The Godfather" 6" Figure
Thegrindhouse's
collection features a figurine of Marlon Brando as the Godfather. This
is a very interesting toy because The Godfather is such a classic
movie. Brando's role as Don Corleone granted him many awards, as well
as gave the film a place at the top of scores of "Best Film" lists. The
exceptional detail of the figurine, combined with the importance of the
movie in film history, make this piece a true collectors item. If you
haven't seen the movie, you should definitely check it out.

Comic & Toy Madness
Newsletter February 2008 |
| |
Hey! I am Junaid,
your Community Manager for comics and toys. In the world of comics,
speculation of a 3rd, yup that's right a 3rd, Hellboy has caused some
excitement. It'll be interesting to see how Hellboy 2 fairs this summer
after what I thought was a mediocre start. Have an opinion? Blog about it.
Don't
forget about Wondercon, the first major comic convention of the new
year! It happens February 22-24 in San Francisco at the Moscone Center
South. If you are lucky enough to go, share your experience with other
members of the iTaggit community by blogging about it. Don't forget to
include photos and videos.
Hope you enjoy the newsletter, we'll talk again next month!

Rock Band
User BeanBone
has added the latest in music simulation games, Rock Band: Special
Edition for the XBOX 360. Over the holiday break, this game caused
quite a stir in the video game industry. Unlike Guitar Hero, which is
limited to just playing the guitar, Rock Band allows the user to play
the drums, guitar, and even sing! While it is most enjoyable playing
together with others, it does offer individual career modes for mic,
lead guitar, and drums. The game offers music from some of the greatest
bands in history such as Metallica, The Ramones, and the Rolling
Stones. Have no fear, Fall Out Boy is also a part of the mix.
