Comic-con is not just for comic fans - that's about 30% of the content the rest was filled with all kinds of cool stuff. my latest collecting obsession is designer vinyl. which are actually vinyl/rubber sculptures. some are custom creations but the trend is to have a more generic sculpt and the paint job is different. each created by well known low brow artists. I picked up several show specials and had a few figures signed by the artists that were there.

These figures can range from $5 for small plastics to in the hundreds for one of a kind hand painted designs.
