Ginkmeister,

I believe I may be able to help.  I found an article about a company in Auburn, IN. and it discussed a Christian painter named Warner Sallman. If you could upload an image of the painting to iTaggit.com, I may be able to compare the painting to others I have found. Also, you may want to try looking at warnersallman.com or type Warner Sallman into Google to view other galleries and compare some of his paintings. I hope this helps,

Eric

Ginkmeister,

As for the painting of the woman, I am still doing some research.  I did find a painting that you may want to check out at:

http://ww2.lafayette.edu/~library/special/marquis/MarquisFindAids/XXI_6_1_number2members.htm

As for now, I will continue to look for more information concerning this painting.
