There are two quick ways to add items to iTaggit.  The first way is to use the Amazon Import Tool to find a similar item and to click the ADD button to add to your account.  The second way is to use the Multi-Uploader Tool.  Both of them are reachable by the same method, which is to click on the All My Things button on the left side navigation bar, click on the ADD ITEM button and then choose either Import from Amazon or Multiple-Item Add options.

The Amazon import tool asks for the name of the item.  It doesn't have to be a book, movie, or music.  It can be ANYTHING that Amazon has in it's massive catalog.  I used it to get the information for an HP Laserjet 5P (from the 1990s!).  Once you add it to your record you can then modify the record to add the unique information about your thing.

The Multi-Uploader tool allows you to import pictures of your items and then quickly categorize them to bring up the appropriate fields required for the type of item that you have.

In addition to these two methods, we continue to support the tried and true standards of Single Item add and Excel import.
