To Win the Gone Wishing - Longest Wish List Contest

1.     Add items to your public wish list. The length of the wish lists are based on the number of items you have in your list.

2.     For each item to qualify, it must have at least one picture and a title.

3.     For wish lists to qualify, they must be public and be the original wish list provided when the iTaggit account was created.

4.     Users may only have one wish list for the contest.

5.     Have your list complete by 12pm CST on December 26.

1st place: Up to $300 towards an item on your Wish List.
2nd place: Up to $200 towards an item on your Wish List.
3rd Place: Up to $100 towards an item on your Wish List.

1. Eligibility and Entry Instructions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. CONTESTS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES WHO ARE THIRTEEN YEARS (13) OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF NOVEMBER 19, 2007. To be eligible to win the prize, entries must be completed and received by the Sponsor in the format designated below. Directors, officers and employees of iTaggit and any of its respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate families of each are not eligible to win a prize. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. There is a limit of one entry per registered user. No mechanically or electronically reproduced entries will be accepted. All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account which may be identified by a reverse domain name search. In the event of any dispute, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the e-mail address from which the e-mail was sent. Contest Entries are void if incomplete, not legible or if they contain errors. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. THIS OFFER IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

2. How to Enter

Registered users will become eligible and automatically entered into the Gone Wishing- Wish List contest upon creating a public, wish list collection before the end of the contest period. Additionally, registered users with a public, wish list collection are eligible and automatically entered into the Gone Wishing- Wish List Contest. To enter either contest, registered users must have a public collection and the collection must remain public between November 19, 2007 and December 26, 2007.

3. Contest Period

The Contest period begins 1:00 PM CST on Monday, November 19, 2007 and ends on Wednesday, December 26, 2007 CST at 1:00 PM CST (the "Deadline"). All entries must be received by the Deadline to be eligible to win the prize.

4. The Prize

There will be one (1) Grand prize awarded in the Gone Wishing- Wish List contest, up to a $300 Amazon Gift Card for the wish list with the most items during the contest period. Two(2) Runner Up prizes will also be awarded in the Gone Wishing- Wish List contest for the wish list’s with the  second and third most items. The runner up prizes will be an Amazon Gift Card up to $200 for the first runner up and an Amazon Gift Card up to $100 for the second runner up

5. Prize Restrictions

All federal, state and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the individual winner. Prizes are not transferable; no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed except by the iTaggit who reserves the right to award a prize of equal of greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.

The prize will be awarded. If the prize is returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within 14 days after delivery of notification, it will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. The decision to select an alternate winner will be made at iTaggit, Inc., 9430 Research Blvd, Echelon 2, Suite 340, Austin, TX 78759 on December 27, 2007.

The prize is awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

6. Contest Rules

The prize winner will be determined by calculating the collection that has the most qualifying items. Items must have a picture and a title to qualify. The decision to select an alternate winner will be made at iTaggit, Inc., 9430 Research Blvd, Echelon 2, Suite 340, Austin, TX 78759 on Thursday, December 27, 2007.

iTaggit will use its best efforts to notify the winner via e-mail or first class U.S. mail on Thursday, December 27, 2007. To claim the prize, the winner should follow the instructions contained in his/her notification.

7. Disclaimer

iTaggit and any of its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees and agents will not be responsible for: (a) any late, incomplete, illegible, lost, misdirected, misrouted, garbled, stolen, distorted, damaged or in any way ineligible transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, telephone line, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, DSL, cable, or other computer or communications related malfunctions or failures, whether human or mechanical; (c) any printing or typographical errors in any material associated with the Contest; or (d) any Contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the iTaggit.

iTaggit reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Contest or any Entrant's participation in the Contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the Sponsor's control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Contest or Sponsor otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Contest as planned.

8. Disqualification

iTaggit reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant or individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, the Contest web site or the Sponsor's web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Contest Rules; to be engaged in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to the Sponsor, the Contest or any other Entrant; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and/or civil law, and, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Contest.

9. Governing Law and Venue

Texas courts both state and federal shall have the sole jurisdiction of any controversies regarding or relating to this Contest. The laws of the State of Texas shall govern same. Each Entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and hereby irrevocably submits to the venue of the Travis County District Court, Texas.

10. Force Majeure

iTaggit reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the Contest if, in the Sponsor's sole discretion, intervening circumstances warrant such change, suspension, or cancellation. Intervening circumstances include, but are not limited to, interruption, preemption, or cancellation. Intervening circumstances include conditions beyond Sponsor's control, such as strikes, labor disputes, war, insurrection, revolution, terrorism, riot or other civil disturbance, earthquake, fire, flood, or other natural disasters, governmental restrictions, embargoes or other exercises of governmental authority, unavailability of supplies, components, or material, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control.

11. Release, Waiver and Indemnification

By submitting an entry, you, the Entrant represents and warrants the following:

1.      1. That you have read a copy of the Official Contest Rules (the "Rules"), understand such Rules, and will comply with such Rules;

2.      2. that all information contained in your entry and Contest Entry is accurate, complete and correct and that you will promptly provide any information reasonably requested by the Sponsor and any other Contest Entities;

By submitting a Contest Entry, you agree to voluntarily and forever release, discharge, waive, indemnify and hold the Sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents and any other person, entity or sponsor connected with the Contest harmless from and against any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, costs, judgments, expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees), lawsuits, and actions of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from the Contest, the Contest Entry, or participation in any Contest-related activity, or resulting directly or indirectly from any third party claims or threats of claims, the inaccuracy, or alleged inaccuracy, or breach by you of your representations warranties, the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Contest, and any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, lawsuits, and actions involving personal injury, death, property damage, copyright, trademark, right of privacy or publicity, patent or other intellectual property rights, and/or defamation.
