The Express Appraisal

·      An Express Appraisal is a Deluxe Appraisal completed in a 24 hr. time period. There are two conditions that WIW2U put onthis type of appraisal.

1.    You must upload at least one clear image of your item. 

2.    It must be submitted so that the appraisers have ample time to complete the appraisal during normal business hours.

·      If your Express Appraisal is not completed within the 24 hr. time period you will be given three choices:

1.    Change appraisal to a Deluxe Appraisal and receive a refund for the difference.

2.    Change appraisal to a Classic Appraisal and receive a refund for the difference.

3.    Cancel appraisal and receive a full refund.

·      Ensure that you have quick and easy access toyour email during the 24 hour time period and respond to appraiser inquiries aspromptly as possible.

·      Although we only require that you upload one image of your item for an Express Appraisal, it is best to take a few pictures from various angles and especially try to show any markings or signatures.

The eBay Opinion Appraisal

·     This service is designed to give you an expert's opinion as to the value and authenticity of an item that is for sale on eBay

·     An appraiser will visit the auction listing on the web, view the item, and give their opinion as to the authenticity of theitem as well as the fair market value and replacement value.

·     Experts are well versed in the challenges of the online marketplace and will be able to 'red flag' potential problems, provide questions to ask the seller and generally give you their unbiased opinion about the details of a listing. An expert may also, from time to time, provide their opinion regarding aspects of an online auction listing including, but not limited to, the accuracy and/or integrity of the listing details and any aspects related to the listing.

·     Please ensure that you leave sufficient time for the appraiser to view the auction listing. Appraisers are requested to provide their opinions within a 72 hr. time period.

The appraisal process is quick and fun and follows 4 easy steps:

1.  Choose the category that best suits your item.

·     This important step will determine who will appraise your item. Your iTaggit item record and pictures will be exported to WIW2U.

2.  Answer more specific questions.

·     Now you will be asked a few more questions specific to your item. These questions will help the appraiser determine exactly what your item is.

3.  Review the Appraisal.

·     At this point in time all of the information that you input will be presented to you for your review. You may add, edit or delete as appropriate.

4.  Proceed to Secure Payment Page.
